Joan Bauer

Joan Bauer is the co-owner of SBI. Her initial experience in the insurance world began as a high school co-op file clerk for the legal department at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Joan graduated from UMSL with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. She has worked in several areas of insurance – business sales, benefits administration and accounting. She continues to work alongside her husband, Tim, in the agency. On a personal side, she loves spending time with her family. Tim and Joan have three awesome children. Joan loves to boat, shop and read.
